‘Start on the B3274 some 150 yards west of the Cornwall Services roundabout at a point level with the eastern end of a dropped kerb of the cycle path directly opposite lamp post labelled A396 (grid reference SW 978612).
Continue westwards on the B3274 and pass under the Iron Bridge. Continue ahead to pass the Castle Caravan Park and Castel an Dinas to reach the A39 at Trekenning Roundabout = 5.75 miles.
Retrace outward route to finish some 75 yards past the Iron Bridge at a point that is level with the start of the layby and opposite the beginning of a cycle path on the west bound carriageway (grid reference SW 995620) = 10 miles.’
